Do I need to sign up or track anything?
No. As long as you're making inquiries, or sending RFP's through the VQ platform, you're already in.
What activity earns rewards?
First, you must be signed in to use the Venues Quarterly (VQ) platform. When you make a direct inquiry on the vendor's listing page, or send an RFP through VQ, the activity is logged and you'll be entered into the reward draws. It's that simple.
What if my client books the vendor directly?
If the original contact was made through Venues Quarterly - whether through a direct inquiry or RFP - that's all that's required to be entered into the rewards draw.
How are rewards chosen?
Rewards are drawn similar to the Venue Series prize draws. However, they are categorized and rewards are matched to the preferences listed in your profile.
When will I hear about a reward?
Reward draws take place at the conclusion of each calendar quarter (March, June, September and December). Winners will be notified by email by the following month.
